Hi, my name is David Rowe and I am a local farmer from Mullewa. I work in our family-owned farming business alongside my parents and two brothers, continuing a family connection to agriculture and regional life. My education began at Our Lady of Mount Carmel before attending Mazenod College and later Cunderdin Agricultural College, where I developed both practical skills and an appreciation for the agricultural industry. Following school, I completed a four-year diesel mechanics apprenticeship with AFGRI Equipment in Wongan Hills. Returning home to farm was an easy decision. I am passionate about agriculture and enjoy the challenge and reward that comes with working alongside family to build a sustainable and successful business for the future. Beyond farming, I care about the future of Mullewa and regional communities. I believe strong communities are built through connection, opportunity and people willing to contribute. As a Rural Ambassador, I would welcome the opportunity to represent our region, promote agriculture, and encourage the next generation to see the value and opportunities that country life provides.
The Rural Ambassador Judging and Dinner will be hosted in Mullewa on the 8th of August 2026.
