Scan/photograph and email entry forms to email@example.com. If you are unable to scan & email,
please fax to 9961 9017 ONLY ON THURSDAY 24th AUGUST BEFORE SHOW DAY- between 9am- 12pm midday
Entry forms are to be scanned and EMAILED to firstname.lastname@example.org during the week of Monday 21st August – Friday 25th August (12.30pm).
Alternatively they can be received at the Show Office on Thursday 24th August (10am-3.30pm) and Friday 25th August (10am-12.30pm).
Faxing is ONLY available on Thursday 24th August between 9am-12pm midday (Fax # 9961 9017).
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
* Section A: Poultry- entries close a week earlier to arrange enough cages -4pm FRIDAY 18th AUGUST.
* Section J : Photography closes a week earlier - 4pm FRIDAY 18th AUGUST. A separate entry form must be submitted with the photos to the CGG Mullewa District Office by this date- available on website.
* Section M : Art – State if framed or unframed on entry form. Entries may be dropped off on Friday 25th AUGUST.
