Entry forms are to be scanned and EMAILED to firstname.lastname@example.org during the week of Monday 20 August – Friday 24 August (12.30pm).
Alternatively they can be received at the Show Office on Thursday 23rd August (10am-3.30pm) and Friday 24 August (10am-12.30pm).
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
* Section A: Poultry- entries close a week earlier to arrange enough cages -4pm FRIDAY 17th AUGUST.
* Section J : Photography closes a week earlier - 4pm FRIDAY 17th AUGUST. A separate entry form must be submitted with the photos to the CGG Mullewa District Office by this date- available on website.
* Section M : Art – State if framed or unframed on entry form. Entries may be dropped off on Friday 25th AUGUST.
